　　RussianPresidentVladimirPutindeliveredaStateoftheUnionaddresstotheupperandlowerhousesofParliamentonthe20th.InaninterviewwithXinhuanewsagency,OLeshKimsaidthatthe"onebeltandoneway"initiativewillhelpRussiaachievenationalprojects.RussiahopesthatexportstoChinawillcontinuetogrow,whichwillhelpRussiaachieveexport-relatedgoalsinitsnationalprojects.TheactivecooperationbetweenRussiaandChinainthefieldsofscienceandtechnology,healthcareandeducationalsocontributestothedevelopmentofbilateralrelations.

　　OleshkinalsosaidthatRussia-Chinaeconomicandtradecooperationhasshownapositivetrend.RussiaiswillingtocooperatewithChinaonaseriesofprojectsandintendstoraisethebilateraltradevolumetoanewlevelof200billionUSdollars.

 

　　PutinsaidinhisstateoftheUnionaddressthesamedaythatRussiawillcontinuetobuildaunifiedmarketforEurasianEconomicUnionanddevelopexternalcooperation,includingcontinuingtopromotethedockingofEurasianEconomicAllianceand"onebeltandoneroad".ThisistheprefacetoestablishtheEurasianpartnership.

 

　　Russiawillspend25.7trillionrubles($385.5billion)fromJanuary1,2019toDecember31,2024toimplementnationalprojectsinthefieldsofhealthcare,education,ecology,population,cultureandtransportationinfrastructureupgrading,accordingtoadocumentreleasedontheRussiangovernmentwebsiteonNovember11.ThisdocumentisbasedontheRussiandevelopmentgoalsandstrategictaskssetbyPutininMaylastyear.
