　　InFebruary28th,accordingtothelateststatisticsofJi'nancustoms,inJanuary,Shandong'soverallimportsandexportsalongthe"onebeltandoneroad"areacontinuedtogrowsinceJuly2018.Importandexportachievedpositivegrowthoverthepast7months.ThetotalvalueofimportsandexportsinJanuarywas47billion700millionyuan,anincreaseof13.4%,whichis3percentagepointshigherthanthatofthesameperiodinthesameperiod.

 

　　ASEANisstillthelargestimportandexportmarketinShandongandthe"onebeltandoneroad"trade.ASEANimportsandexportsreached19billion260millionyuan,anincreaseof13.8%,accountingfor40.4%,ofwhichThailandandVietnamincreasedby5.8%and23.2%respectively.Inaddition,importsandexportstoRussiaamountedto7.28billionyuan,anincreaseof4.7percent,accountingfor15.3percent;importsandexportstoIndiaamountedto3.86billionyuan,anincreaseof36.2percent,accountingfor8.1percent.

 

　　Privateenterprisesdominateimportandexport.InJanuary,theprivateenterprisesinShandongprovinceincreased33billion370millionyuaninimportsandexportstothecountriesalongthebeltandroad,anincreaseof9.2%,accountingfor70%;foreign-investedenterprisesimportedandexported8billion20millionyuan,aslightincreaseof0.6%,accountingfor16.8%;andtheimportandexportofstate-ownedenterpriseswas6billion310millionyuan,anincreaseof79.6%.

 

　　Generaltradeaccountsformorethan70%ofimportsandexports.InJanuary,Shandongprovinceincreasedthetotalimportandexportvolumeofthe"onebeltalongtheway"by35billion280millionyuan,20.3%inShandongProvince,accountingfor74%ofthetotalvalueofimportsandexportsofthecountriesalongthe"onebelt"alongthesameperiod.Duringthesameperiod,importsandexportsbyprocessingtradeamountedto6.89billionyuan,down11.1%,whileimportsandexportsbybondedlogisticsamountedto4.76billionyuan,up8.8%.

　　Thegrowthofimportsofmechanicalandelectricalproductsandagriculturalproductswilldrivetheoverallgrowthofimports.Sincethe"doublepower"ofcrudeoilimportshasbeenliberalized,crudeoilhasalwaysoccupiedthepositionofthelargestcommodityimportedfromShandongalongthe"onebelt"alongtheway,playingadecisiveroleinthemonthlyimportsituation.InDecember,internationaloilpricesdroppedsharply.InJanuary,theamountofcrudeoilimportedfromShandongalongthelinereached2million662thousandtons,anincreaseof11.9%,buttheaverageimportpricewasonly2981.9yuanpertonduringthesameperiod.Theimportvalueofcrudeoilfellby0.3%inthatmonth.

 

　　Inthecaseofdecliningcrudeoilimports,ShandongProvince'simportsofmechanicalandelectricalproductsandagriculturalproductsfromcountriesalongthelineincreasedsubstantially.InJanuary,ShandongProvinceimported3.26billionyuanofmechanicalandelectricalproducts,anincreaseof44.1%,and2billionyuanofimportedagriculturalproducts,anincreaseof22.9%,whichstronglystimulatedthegrowthofimports.
